Currently, we only deliver within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How long does delivery take within Australia?

Standard delivery across Australia usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

What is your return / refund policy?

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

What ingredients do you use in your product?

Our formula uses hypochlorous acid and electrolysed water only. It is free from parabens, sulfates, fragrances, and dyes.

Can I use the product on sensitive / acne-prone skin?

Yes — our product is formulated for sensitive and acne-prone skin. However, we always recommend a patch test before use.
