All parcels are shipped from Adelaide, Australia, within 1-2 business days of receiving your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Returns Policy
We want you to love your products! If you're not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns:
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused items within 7 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened products due to a change of mind. Please note that you will be responsible for the return costs associated with change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Form. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange as per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Return Process:

Refunds or Exchanges: In line with ACL, for products that are damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have the choice of a refund or exchange.
