Returns Policy

We want you to love your products! If you're not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns:
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused items within 7 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened products due to change of mind. Please note that you will be responsible for return costs associated with change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Form. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange as per Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Submit an enquiry. Include your order details, and we’ll provide instructions.
  2. Refunds or Exchanges: In line with ACL, for products that are damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have the choice of a refund or exchange.
  3. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5-7 business days.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law:
This policy is in addition to your rights under ACL, where you may be entitled to a remedy if the product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
