Terms and Conditions

By using our website or purchasing from Endorphi, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

By purchasing from Endorphi, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Product Use & Disclaimer

• Cosmetic Classification: Endorphi products are cosmetic only and are not therapeutic goods. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).
• Patch Testing & Allergies: Always perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. It is your responsibility to check full ingredients for sensitivities or allergies.
• Medical Advice Disclaimer: Website content is general information only, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for any skin concerns.
• Intended Use: Products are for external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in AUD and include GST (unless stated otherwise).
• Payments are processed securely at checkout via trusted third-party platforms.
• Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you require assistance.

4. Subscription Terms

• Subscribe & Save: Discounts available on recurring deliveries (every 1, 3, or 6 months).
• Subscriptions currently apply to one bottle size (120mL).
• You can modify or cancel subscriptions anytime via your customer account or by contacting us.
• Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next charge.
• Failed payments may pause or cancel deliveries.
• Discount codes cannot be applied to subscriptions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (2–7 Business Days): Flat rate $9.50, free for orders over $50.
• Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days): Flat rate $15, prioritised for metro areas.
• Order Tracking: Tracking details provided via email once dispatched.
• International Shipping: International rates apply. Customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Change of Mind: Returns accepted for unopened, unused products within 7 days. Return postage at customer’s expense.
• Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days. Eligible items may be refunded or replaced in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Return shipping covered by us if approved.
• Return Process:
1. Contact us with your order number.
2. Follow return instructions provided.
3. Returns processed within 5–7 business days once received.

7. Resale of Products

Endorphi products are for personal use only. They must not be resold, repackaged, or distributed without written consent from Endorphi.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Endorphi website (text, branding, images, graphics) is owned or licensed by Endorphi. It must not be copied, altered, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Endorphi is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from product use or misuse.
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility with their skin.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACL if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.

10. Force Majeure

Endorphi will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, shipping disruptions).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in South Australian courts.
